About the role

The Compliance team supports the business with developing and releasing cutting-edge features for millions of customers around the world.

The Loyalty department oversees several non-banking related products on a global scale, including Stays and Experience bookings. They work with merchants to find the best deals in addition to creating and managing Revolut's first debit card loyalty programme to provide ongoing customer value.

We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager who’ll be responsible for supporting and advising department heads on compliance requirements and related controls within the first line of defence.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing compliance domain expertise to 1LoD and offering solutions to compliance problem statements
  • Acting as an effective stakeholder between 1LoD and 2LoD compliance teams
  • Steering our products through the complex regulatory landscape
  • Ensuring every product launch is smooth, compliant, and ahead of the curve
  • Identifying potential compliance risks in our offerings
  • Creating innovative strategies to stay one step ahead of regulatory challenges
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deploy cutting-edge compliance policies that meet legal requirements and drive business growth
  • Empowering product teams with the knowledge and tools they need, making compliance a seamless part of the innovation process
  • Serving as the go-to expert and liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring our products shine in audits
  • Setting new standards in regulatory reporting and engagement

What you'll need

  • A degree from a top-tier university
  • Experience in regulatory compliance
  • Experience in a top-tier bank, strategy consultancy, or fast-growing technology company
  • An excellent understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interact
  • Expertise on how to analyse and interpret complex data
  • Highly adaptable skills to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines

Nice to have

  • Experience in loyalty programme compliance

Compensation range

  • Lithuania: €3,600 - €4,500 gross monthly*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
