About the role

The Knowledge Management team is responsible for transforming how information is captured, organised, and accessed across the company. Our goal is to build a robust system that makes sure important information is up-to-date, easy to find, and helps us run more efficiently.

This is a unique opportunity to be the first hire for a greenfield project with a significant impact across the business. Collaboration, creativity, and exceptional organisational skills are at the core of this role.

As our Knowledge Manager, you'll create and maintain a central documentation system. You'll make sure important materials are relevant and available to teams globally.

A crucial skill for this role is the ability to implement governance structures and tools that drive compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to create dynamic knowledge repositories that evolve with the organisation's needs.

What you’ll be doing

  • Designing and maintaining knowledge bases, repositories, and templates.
  • Implementing governance processes for documentation of life-cycle management.
  • Collecting, validating, and structuring content to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Developing tools and platforms for effective knowledge management.
  • Analysing usage patterns, identifying information gaps, and generating actionable insights.
  • Creating systems to empower moderators to maintain quality and relevance.
  • Working on building Confluence documentation.

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of experience in managing knowledge, writing documents, or related fields.
  • Proven expertise in managing content repositories and knowledge bases.
  • Excellent understanding of data governance, compliance, and privacy best practices.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience building scalable documentation processes in fast-paced environments.
  • Confluence and Jira are a must.

Nice to have

  • Background in management consulting.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting on knowledge management systems.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint or other enterprise documentation platforms.
