So far, we have 10,000+ people working around the world, from our offices and remotely, to help us achieve our mission. And we're looking for more brilliant people. About the role

The Finance team is an integral part of any business. At Revolut, we take that one step further. Our global financial super app would be lost without them.

They’re more than just an important part of the business – they’re our backbone.

We’re looking for a highly motivated individual to join our UK Treasury team as a Capital Manager. You’ll play a key part in defining the forward looking capital deployment strategy for RBUK, ensuring the optimal employment of our capital resources. You’ll also be leading the ICAAP process for RBUK and be responsible for measuring, monitoring, reporting and forecasting the capital adequacy position.

This is an exciting time for Revolut. Join us launching the UK Bank, help release exciting new features, look after our customers, and closely manage our risks.

Up for the challenge? Let’s get in touch

What you’ll be doing

  • Enhancing and building out capital management frameworks and modelling
  • Guiding the RBUK capital deployment strategy
  • Supporting business decision making to optimise the deployment of RBUK capital
  • Performing regular capital reporting and forecasting to ensure ongoing capital adequacy
  • Owning and developing Capital policies, procedures and standards
  • Interacting with the Technology teams to help drive improvements in Capital processes and enhancing Management Information (MI)
  • Maintaining up-to date knowledge and understanding of capital regulation requirements and risk management
  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert on Capital matters with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of Treasury management experience, with a keen focus on capital, working in UK retail banking
  • Solid understanding of UK banking regulations, particularly in relation to Capital
  • Have previously played a significant part in delivery of ICAAP documents
  • A track record of contributing analysis and explaining decisions to senior management
  • Problem solving skills – ability to break down complex issues into their component parts, identifying the root cause and create elegant solutions
  • Esxcellent understanding of broader Treasury concepts

Building a global financial super app isn’t enough. Our Revoluters are a priority, and that’s why in 2021 we launched our inaugural D&I Framework, designed to help us thrive and grow everyday. We're not just doing this because it's the right thing to do. We’re doing it because we know that seeking out diverse talent and creating an inclusive workplace is the way to create exceptional, innovative products and services for our customers. That’s why we encourage applications from people with diverse backgrounds and experiences to join this multicultural, hard-working team.
