Communication is an inseparable part of everything we do at Revolut. There would be no successful product, service, employee, team, process — and the list can go on — if there was no efficient communication around it.

That’s why our Communications team is made of extremely creative and reasonable individuals. They speak with the right words to the right people at the right time. Even the most complex topics turn out to sound simple and clear when communicated by these experts.

We’re looking for an Internal Communications Manager who’ll produce top-tier content for Revoluters around the globe. An experienced, results-driven individual to support communication in and between our teams. A team player passionate about contributing to the Dream Team‘s success.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the Internal Communications team to deliver quarterly KPIs, creating content that ensures company-wide clarity and understanding of strategy and values
  • Managing the Internal Communications Service Desk and all incoming requests
  • Supporting teams in the People department with content creation requests to enable roadmap completion (Performance, Rewards & Benefits, HR, Payroll, etc.)
  • Collaborating across departments with internal messaging (Town Halls, newsletters, etc.)
  • Exploring new ways of communicating and engaging with our dispersed, multidisciplinary workforce across the UK, Europe, APAC, and the Americas
  • Reviewing and updating global internal communications resources
  • Ensuring internal resources are aligned with our values and tone of voice
  • Engaging with key stakeholders across the business to understand the internal communications requirements for teams across the business

What you'll need

  • A degree at a well-regarded university
  • 2+ years of experience in internal communications for a global company or scale-up with 2,000+ employees
  • Experience running internal communications or change management programmes in a major business or organisation
  • Fluency in English (native/native-level)
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to simplify complex messages and create engaging content
  • A track record of delivery in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to focus and deliver on several different projects simultaneously while staying calm under pressure
  • Prioritisation and stakeholder management skills
  • To be results-driven and understand the importance of reporting on performance
  • To be a team player and passionate about our mission and goals

Nice to have

  • Expertise in corporate communications, including crisis management, media training, product, consumer, and lifestyle communications
