We've been officially certified as a Great Place to Work™ in recognition of our outstanding employee experience! So far, we have 10,000+ people working around the world, from our great offices or remotely, on our mission. And we're looking for more. We want brilliant people that love building great products, love redefining success, and love turning the complexity of a chaotic world into the simplicity of a beautiful solution.

About the role

The Finance team is an integral part of any business. At Revolut, we take that one step further. Our global financial super app would be lost without them. They’re more than just an important part of the business — they’re our backbone ⭐

Supporting all areas of the company and assessing financial implications of various key strategic decisions, new features, and growth opportunities — this is what our financial people do all day long.

We’re looking for a highly motivated individual to join our UK Treasury team as an ALM Manager. You’ll play a key part in measuring and monitoring the Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB), informing the strategy/hedging decisions for IRRBB, and managing the Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Funds Transfer Process (FTP).

This is an exciting time for Revolut. Join us to help launch exciting new features, look after our customers, and closely manage our risks.

Up for the challenge? Let’s get in touch 🚀

What you’ll be doing

  • Building the framework to effectively measure, monitor, and manage Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB) and other banking book exposures, such as Foreign Exchange (FX)
  • Implementing a Funds Transfer Process (FTP) mechanism
  • Analysing drivers of the NIM and developing approaches and strategies that can help stabilise future earnings
  • Helping to draft and enforce the ALM policies, procedures, and standards, covering aspects such as IRRBB, FX, Structural Hedging, and FTP
  • Providing input to the ILAAP and ICAAP process as it pertains to ALM requirements
  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert on ALM matters with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators
  • Interacting with the Technology teams to help drive improvements in the ALM process, including automation, generating real-time data, and enhancing Management Information (MI)
  • Preparing and presenting ALM MI to the Asset & Liability Committee (ALCO)

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of experience in a UK bank treasury department
  • Extensive technical knowledge of ALM-related matters (IRRBB, FX, FTP, structural hedging, etc.)
  • A structural and logical approach to solving problems
  • Impeccable analytical skills and a hands-on attitude
  • Solid people management skills and experience
  • Experience within a fast-growing organisation
  • Impressive motivation and a focus on delivery
