We’re looking for a Workplace Manager to manage legal correspondence in Italy, ensuring all communications are promptly and accurately addressed. You’ll provide comprehensive support to the Branch Manager, overseeing operations for Revolut’s Italian entity.

What you’ll be doing

  • Overseeing the legal mailbox (Posta Elettronica Certificata), ensuring all incoming and outgoing legal communications are handled promptly and securely
  • Sorting, categorising, and prioritising emails and documents to ensure timely and efficient processing
  • Ensuring proper documentation, filing, and archiving of all legal communications
  • Maintaining accurate and organised records to facilitate easy retrieval and reference
  • Working closely with internal teams to address urgent or critical matters, ensuring relevant parties are informed of important communications and deadlines are met
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to managing legal correspondence
  • Implementing and following standard operating procedures to maintain high standards of confidentiality and security
  • Identifying opportunities and implementing best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the legal mailbox management process
  • Providing regular updates to Revolut branch management on the status of legal correspondence, including any action items or upcoming deadlines
  • Preparing and presenting reports on mailbox activity and issues

What you'll need

  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to categorise and maintain large volumes of correspondence
  • The ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • To be motivated with a can-do attitude
  • To be a team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Flexibility and a willingness to tackle a variety of duties and learn new skills
  • Reliability and responsibility with a friendly and approachable manner

Nice to have

  • Experience managing legal correspondence or providing administrative support in a legal setting
