We're looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to oversee Payments, PIX, and Open Finance Brazil. We need your expertise to work with Technology and Operations teams to build and deliver a payment and banking infrastructure, allowing Revolut Brazil customers to make and receive payments and access PIX and Open Finance Brazil services in the fastest and most reliable way possible.

What you’ll be doing

  • Planning and executing Payments, PIX, and Open Finance Brazil targets and KPIs, defining the roadmap (key initiatives), planning budgets, and determining resources required
  • Monitoring ongoing operations issues (customer support tickets, complaints, product bugs) and working with relevant teams to fix and optimise them
  • Managing operational relationships by working with local Brazilian schemes to deliver and remain compliant with standards and requirements
  • Supporting strategy and execution for large-scale implementations of Payments and Open Finance Brazil schemes
  • Representing Brazilian Payment Schemes and Open Finance Brazil as an subject matter expert internally to the Revolut Group
  • Understanding and evidencing the testing and validation strategies
  • Supporting and customising global policies, procedures, and standards where required
  • Supporting localisation projects with alignment to regulatory requirements
  • Participating in company-wide global projects
  • Facilitating high-level functional specification discussion and participating in testing flows
  • Working internally and with vendors to monitor the performance and delivery schedules of IT services

What you'll need

  • Experience as a Technology Product Owner/Manager or Tech BA
  • Experience with Open Finance Brazil
  • Knowledge of Consumer Data Rights requirements
  • Proven experience in Brazilian Payment System schemes and networks (PIX, STR, RSFN, Núclea, SELIC)
  • A deep understanding of payments scheme compliance and integrations, and disputes and settlements
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Objective decision-making skills
  • The ability to organise, prioritise, and deliver high-quality workflows
  • Impeccable analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
