This team is crucial to our business. They work closely with Risk and Compliance to create internal risk management and compliance processes, and to make sure they’re running efficiently 💪

We’re looking to hire a motivated Internal Auditor with experience auditing financial products. Someone capable of assessing Revolut’s retail and business product offerings from the perspective of customer experience, including the efficiency, consistency, and ease of use and understanding of relevant processes.

What you’ll be doing

  • Working closely with the Global Head of Internal Audit to develop and execute audit reviews under internal audit policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and the Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing
  • Proactively aligning Internal Audit scopes with relevant risks and regulatory requirements, with a focus on customer treatment
  • Seeking ways to make the best use of data as part of our audit process, including to understand the customer journey and quality of experience
  • Assessing risks, testing controls, identifying process inefficiencies, and providing relevant insights to the business
  • Interacting with staff to obtain an understanding of relevant risks, controls, and processes
  • Scoping, executing, and delivering audit reviews independently, highlighting deficiencies and underlying root causes, and providing recommendations to mitigate/address deficiencies while adding value to Revolut
  • Conducting research and completing assigned training requirements necessary to maintain relevance
  • Conducting follow-up reviews of deficiencies noted during audits
  • Monitoring audit progress (against expected timelines, scope, etc.) and managing projects to completion, escalating promptly when required

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of experience in an audit-related role within a regulated financial services environment
  • Experience auditing retail products, looking at design, pricing methodology, customer satisfaction, complaints, and/or consideration of customer needs
  • Knowledge of relevant European and UK regulations and frameworks, with a particular focus on the customer experience and regulators' expectations of customer treatment and handling
  • Proficiency working with and interpreting data using SQL, SAS, Python, or R
  • Knowledge of IIA standards
  • A desire and drive to learn, grow, and have an impact quickly as part of an expanding team
  • Impressive critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to have

  • ACA, CFA, FRM
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on execution

Compensation range

  • Vilnius: €3,300 - €3,900 gross monthly*
  • Lithuania: €3,300 - €3,900 gross monthly*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
