About the role

Our Sales team is the engine that drives new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut across the globe.

These people can do it all: from prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own the market with a solution-oriented approach and use their know-how to grow our customer base at a breakneck speed 🚀

We’re looking for a fierce Enterprise Sales Executive with a strong track record to join our team in London or Ireland (or remote from the UK) and wow us all.

Your mission is to take Revolut’s latest offerings to businesses and relentlessly focus on acquisitions of key enterprise accounts. You’ll also be developing Revolut’s commercial footprint in the EU market and help grow our customer base 🚀

What you’ll be doing

  • Building a strong network of enterprise customers and opening doors to generate revenue across Revolut’s solutions (with Account Executives support)
  • Establishing a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each key customer and drive the continued value of Revolut’s products and services
  • Managing and reporting accurate forecast and pipeline, achieving sales goals on a quarterly basis, and mentoring sales executives on strategies to reach their goals
  • Supporting ongoing growth and development including recruiting, hiring, training and mentoring reps
  • Establishing an effective relationship with internal Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure operational excellence.

What you'll need

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development within a fast paced B2B SaaS enterprise
  • Proven track record of selling software / SaaS / web services into large Enterprise accounts
  • An impressive track record of meeting and exceeding quota on a consistent basis
  • Strong presentation and listening skills: comfortable presenting and negotiating with senior executives (C-level)
  • Readiness to shift from strategic thinking to rolling up your sleeves and supporting implementation
  • Ability to travel for meetings, conferences and industry events if local policies and guidelines permit

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, problem solver and deal closer, with a positive, creative and innovative mindset
  • Experience from reputable start-up
  • Strong cross-functional project management skills; comfortable in a complex selling environment with multiple decision makers at many levels both internally and externally
  • Highly curious and a quick learner who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced collaborative environment
  • Experience selling to marketing directors.
  • Experience within the payment sector.
