About the Job:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Manager to join our Growth team. This position will play a crucial role in driving RTR’s customer acquisition & topline growth efforts and requires a blend of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing, conversion rate optimization, analytics, and a proven track record of driving growth in consumer businesses and working with Product and Engineering teams.
What you’ll do
- Growth Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive growth strategies that drive user acquisition, increase customer engagement, and maximize retention.
- Digital Marketing Leadership: Oversee and optimize digital marketing efforts and external agencies (as applicable) across various channels, including search engine marketing and social media.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Lead CRO initiatives by conducting A/B testing, analyzing user behavior, and implementing data-driven improvements to enhance website and funnel performance.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Develop strategies with a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences. Utilize customer insights to tailor marketing initiatives and improve the overall customer experience.
- Data Analysis: Analyze key performance metrics and customer data to identify growth opportunities, trends, and areas for optimization. Use insights to drive strategic decisions and adjustments.
- Campaign Management and Media Planning: Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with growth objectives and business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Brand, Product, Inventory, and CX teams to ensure cohesive growth strategies and alignment with broader business objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Regularly monitor and report on growth and conversion metrics. Evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve targets and improve ROI.
- Innovation and Best Practices: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and CRO to continuously innovate and improve strategies.
About you:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, data science or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- You have 7+ years of experience in digital marketing and growth roles, with a strong background in conversion rate optimization and a proven track record of driving growth in consumer businesses.
- You have demonstrated experience in managing and working with marketing agencies.
- You have deep expertise in digital marketing strategies, platforms and tools, including SEM and social media platforms, GA, Looker and third-party attribution tools. Experience with mobile app growth strategies and performance tracking is a plus.
- You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- You’ve proven your experience with conversion rate optimization techniques and tools, incl. A/B testing.
- You have a customer-focused mindset with a thorough understanding of consumer behavior and preferences.
- You are an excellent communicator with interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- You are detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and organization.
- You’re an excellent project manager with the skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You have a passion for data-driven marketing and a desire to continuously learn and improve.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $125,000 to $150,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications, or other professional licenses held. This position is also eligible for equity compensation.
