As the Accounting Manager, you will have the opportunity to help scale the international accounting function at Redis. You would love this job if you are passionate about building elegant processes, developing gritty teams and fostering effective cross-functional partnerships. You will report to the International Controller.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage GL accounting for Israel and other international locations ensuring compliance with US GAAP - review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and flux analysis
  • Manage accounting operations, including payroll and AP, cash and VATm, for the Israel entity
  • Manage local tax and statutory compliance requirements for Israel and support other statutory reporting as needed
  • Manage the Israel audit and supporting on US and International audits as required
  • Partner with the US accounting team to build consistent, scalable and SOX-compliant accounting processes

What will you need to have?

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field; CPA required
  • Big 4 or similar experience required
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Israel GAAP, IFRS preferred
  • Experience with statutory reporting and Israel payroll and tax requirements
  • Demonstrated success in working cross-functionally to execute strategic initiatives
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of building high-performing teams
  • Public company, including SOX, experience
