We are seeking a highly driven Contract Talent Acquisition Partner – GTM to support hiring across Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Solutions Engineering, and Partnerships.
In this role, you will act as a strategic recruiting partner to GTM leadership, owning full-cycle recruitment while helping shape the talent strategy that enables revenue growth. You understand what “great” looks like in enterprise SaaS sales and marketing environments and can identify high-impact, quota-crushing, customer-centric talent.
This is a hands-on, high-velocity role ideal for someone who thrives in scaling organizations and can balance urgency with quality.
What you’ll do:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles (AE, SE, CSM, SDR, Sales Leadership, RevOps, etc.)
- Partner with GTM leaders to deeply understand hiring needs, performance profiles, and team composition goals
- Build proactive pipelines of top-tier SaaS revenue talent
Source passive candidates across competitive enterprise software markets - Run structured intake meetings and design effective interview processes
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within GTM hiring
- Manage offer strategy and negotiations in partnership with HR and hiring leaders
- Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline velocity, offer acceptance rates, etc.)
- Ensure an exceptional, brand-aligned candidate experience
What will you need to have?
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on GTM roles
- Proven experience hiring enterprise SaaS sales talent (closing AEs, SEs, Sales Leaders)
Strong understanding of SaaS sales motions (enterprise, mid-market, PLG-assisted, channel) - Experience recruiting quota-carrying roles with performance-based evaluation
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously
- Strong business acumen and ability to partner credibly with revenue leaders
- Experience using ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Data-driven and process-oriented mindset
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment
