Why You'll Love This Role

As a Senior Product Manager in the Fabric Product Group, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Redis Cloud app. You’ll own the core user-facing experience of our primary SaaS product. This role sits at the intersection of product design, analytics, and execution. You’ll shape the flows customers interact with every day: onboarding, configuration, monitoring, scaling, and more, and ensure they’re intuitive, frictionless, and impactful. What You'll Do

Own the Redis Cloud App Experience: Lead the product direction for the core app flows used by thousands of customers daily, ensuring they are simple, powerful, and delightful.Champion Design Excellence: Partner closely with design to craft intuitive user journeys, drive UX experimentation, and maintain a consistently high experience bar.Drive Insight-Led Product Development: Use analytics, segmentation, funnels, and qualitative research to understand user behavior, identify opportunities, and prioritize improvements.Collaborate Across the Org: Partner with engineering, design, docs, marketing, and customer-facing teams to bring features to life and ensure smooth adoption.Set Clear Strategy & Roadmaps: Define the long-term vision for the app and translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and measurable goals.Represent the User: Regularly engage with customers to understand pain points, validate concepts, and ensure decisions align with real needs.

What Will You Need to Have

  • 5+ years of product management experience: ownership of major areas of a web app with a meaningful user base.Strong product sense: track record of building self-serve flows; comfortable partnering with designers, critiquing UX, and shaping end-to-end user journeys.
  • Technical depth: experience owning a product with real architectural or system-level complexity.
  • Solid analytical skills: strong command of data, experimentation, product metrics, and translating insights into action.Clear, concise communication: across engineering, design, execs, and customers.
  • Leadership & collaboration: proven ability to influence, drive alignment, and deliver outcomes across teams.

Nice to Have

Experience building or optimizing growth loops

Experience with developer-facing products or database-related platforms
