What you’ll do:
- Program Focus & Prioritization: Partner with security leadership to define and maintain team priorities, ensuring alignment with business and product goals.
- Execution & Tracking: Drive project planning, milestone management, and delivery tracking across security initiatives — ensuring progress and blockers are clearly visible.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Strengthen collaboration between Security, R&D, and CloudOps, ensuring clear communication and alignment across functions.
- Vulnerability & Bug Bounty Management: Support vulnerability triage, remediation tracking, and coordination of bug bounty and disclosure reports.
- Audit & Assessment Support:
- Work with the Security Risk team to coordinate third-party and customer security audits, manage evidence collection, and track findings to closure.
- Partner with the Product Security team on third-party security assessments and pen tests, ensuring timely engagement, follow-up, and integration of results.
- Incident Support & Communication: Partner with PR, Customer Success, and leadership to support coordinated, timely communication during security events.
- Metrics & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards or reports that track program health, remediation SLAs, and security maturity.
What will you need to have?
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 3 years focused on security, infrastructure, or R&D programs.
- Strong understanding of security operations, audits, and product security workflows.
- Proven ability to plan, track, and deliver programs across multiple teams and disciplines.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills — able to translate between technical and business contexts.
- Experience with bug bounty or responsible disclosure programs.
- Familiarity with security audits, compliance, and third-party assessments.
- Comfortable working across Security, R&D, and CloudOps in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $95,000 – $112,000 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate’s work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis’ total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions. Redis utilizes market pay data to determine compensation, so posted compensation ranges are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
