About the Role:

We are looking for a System Administrator to support Redis’ global IT infrastructure, with a focus on endpoint management, automation, and cross-regional collaboration. Based in our Sofia office, you will contribute to strategic IT initiatives, help scale our support and systems, and work closely with EMEA/APAC and global teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, monitor, and maintain IT systems including user access, endpoint compliance, and core infrastructure services.

  • Lead configuration and deployment workflows through MDM platforms (Intune, Kandji).

  • Collaborate with security and engineering teams to enforce security policies, implement automation, and manage patching.

  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and contribute to improving operational efficiency.

Support escalations and serve as a point of contact for IT issues in the Sofia office.

  • Participate in global IT projects, tool rollouts, and audits (SOC2, ISO).

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a system administrator or IT support engineer in a corporate environment.

  • Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and Linux administration.

  • Hands-on experience with Intune, Jamf or Kandji, Azure/AWS, and identity systems like Okta.

  • Solid understanding of networking, DNS, VPNs, and firewalls.

  • Experience with scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
  • Strong documentation, collaboration, and project management skills.
