As a Sales Strategy & Operations Sr Analyst, International you will play a crucial role in supporting our International (EMEA and APAC) GTM Sales organisation. Reporting to the Sales Strategy & Operations Manager, International, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data, optimizing sales processes, and implementing strategies to enhance overall operational performance.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and possesses a strong understanding of sales operations and revenue management.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate closely with sales managers to understand their objectives, identify challenges, and propose scalable solutions rooted in best practices.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Assist in revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and planning activities to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation
  • Own Operational aspects of Territory design, Territory management, Data Quality Reviews and Segmentation Modelling.
  • Support the integrity of the CRM system (i.e., Salesforce) by defining, scaling and enforcing data hygiene best practices among sellers.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, revenue, customer acquisition, and product consumption.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align on processes, strategies and initiatives across the organization.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness in revenue operations.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested by senior management to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.

What will you need to have?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related analytical role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and spreadsheet modeling tools and techniques, such as Excel. Experience with BI platforms (Tableau) and G-Suite products, a plus.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce; experience working with a forecasting tool, preferably Clari.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
