  • Work closely with key partners (such as system integrators, technology partners, cloud providers, and channel partners) to create co-branded marketing campaigns, content, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to align partner programs with Redis’ strategic objectives and ensure partner success.
  • Measure and report on the performance of partner marketing programs, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
  • Drive the development of partner-focused content (webinars, case studies, presentations, etc.) and manage joint PR and thought leadership initiatives with strategic partners.
  • Organize and execute partner events, including webinars, conferences, and partner summits.
  • Support the creation and execution of regional partner marketing strategies, aligning global initiatives with regional market needs and opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with key partners to foster collaboration, engagement, and long-term success.

What will you need to have?

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or a related field, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful co-marketing campaigns with technology partners.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content for different audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and drive improvements based on insights.
  • Experience with partner marketing platforms, CRM tools (such as Salesforce), and marketing automation tools (like Marketo or HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
