In this role, you will own the design, implementation, and adoption of our Quote-to-Cash (QTC) systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, and product to ensure seamless integration and alignment of CPQ systems (DealHub) with our overall business strategy.

This role reports to the Director of GTM Systems & Data, part of the larger GTM Strategy and Operations team at Redis. GTM Strategy and Operations works hand-in-hand with departments across the company, ensuring our go-to-market strategies are effective, efficient, and scalable. In this context, you'll play an integral part in refining internal user and customer experiences, spearheading process automation, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with GTM Strategy & Operations leadership to maintain the roadmap for the CPQ ecosystem in alignment with sales strategy and stakeholder requirements
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to identify requirements and propose workflow improvements
  • Configure and administer CPQ software (DealHub) in alignment with corporate goals
  • Drive adoption of CPQ software, maximizing ROI by making product strategy tangible for our sales teams and developing effective enablement content
  • Transform more complex business requirements into actionable project components for execution by Sales/BizApps dev team
  • Work closely with GTM Systems colleagues to design solutions that meet diverse business needs
  • Audit existing user experience and workflows across ecosystem in order to understand and propose improvements
  • Analyze and interpret sales data to drive decisions and strategies
  • Keep stakeholders informed on active projects through asynchronous communication and live, virtual check ins
  • Decrease ramp time for new employees by optimizing our tools provisioning and onboarding processes

What will you need to have?

  • 3+ years experience managing, implementing, and/or supporting CPQ tool, esp DealHub
  • 3+ years experience in a role where you owned/made significant contributions to a product roadmap/strategy for 1+ GTM system
  • 5+ years experience in a role related to Salesforce/business systems administration
  • Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes and product pricing strategies
  • Customer-centric attitude and ability to empathize with your users, paired with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with executives, sales leaders, and sales organizations
  • Quick learner with proven ability to pick up new technologies
  • Ability to lead complex work streams across the organization, driving decisions and timelines with urgency
  • Experience translating business requirements from a broad spectrum of stakeholders into technical requirements that can be executed by technical resources (i.e. Salesforce architect or developer)
  • Experience with current Project Management techniques and tools (i.e. Jira)

Extra Great If You Have

  • Experience with PLG/PLS, on-demand, and/or Cloud business models
  • Experience as a consultant, especially in a customer-facing and/or technical role
  • Understanding of CRM reporting, user management, automation, and system architecture
  • Relevant Salesforce or similar certifications that emphasize systems strategy and implementation
  • Familiarity with different platforms within the Salesforce ecosystem (i.e. forecasting, data visualization, CLM, data orchestration, sales engagement, call recording/coaching, data vendors, surge & intent)
