In this role, you will be working alongside our Director of Demand Generation managing our organic and paid marketing efforts to drive traffic, conversion, and pipeline for the company. What You’ll Do
Technical skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog), Marketo, and SFDC

What You’ll Do
- Run paid ads campaigns: Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to ensure optimal performance and ROI.
- Grow our organic presence: Review all pages for SEO hygiene, optimize our website by conducting keyword research, and dabble into website optimization.
- Optimize and experiment: Continuously build, test and refine ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to maximize performance and conversion rates.
- Manage the paid media budget: Manage our digital marketing budget, ensuring we are maximizing our spend for the best possible results.
- Reporting & analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of our digital efforts, using data to refine and improve strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with brand team, product marketers, growth marketers, campaign managers, and other stakeholders.
- Grow your career: Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest trends in digital marketing, always ready to implement new ideas and approaches.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically within a developer or technology company, with a strong focus on SEO and paid advertising.
- Analytical mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Startup mentality: A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in an environment where change is constant and fast decision-making is key
- Growth mindset: A hunger for knowledge and a desire to continuously improve your skills and understanding of the digital marketing landscape
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and persuasively
- Project management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Technical skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog), Marketo, and SFDC
- A background in digital advertising agency space
- Experience marketing to technical audience
- Experience with A/B testing: Proven experience in running and analyzing A/B tests
