What You’ll Do
Lead the team behind Redis Data Integration - Redis Data Integration (RDI) creates a data streaming pipeline that mirrors data from existing relational and non-relational databases to Redis Enterprise. The result: applications can access data at in-memory speeds. RDI integrates legacy databases with Redis Enterprise in near real-time while transforming data at high speed.
Work very hands-on and close to the code and product, but also with different teams, such as the product and account teams, coordinating, bridging the gap between support and product, managing different stakeholders' expectations, and ensuring nothing falls between the cracks.

What You’ll Do

What will you need to have?
- 2+ years of management experience managing a dynamic, fast-moving team
- Strong technical background (preferred stack - Python, Java)
- Proven experience in building Enterprise products (either on-premise or cloud)
- Good understanding of relational and non-relational databases
- Familiarity with streaming technologies such as Kafka, Kinesis, and Spark streaming
- Knowledge of Change Data Capture techniques and in-depth understanding of database change tracking mechanisms.
- Familiarity with technologies and tools such as Debezium, Oracle LogMiner, Oracle GoldenGate, Qlik replicator, and Azure Data Factory.
- Strong familiarity with Kubernetes (K8S).
