As the Treasury Manager, you will be stepping into a new role created to build and scale the treasury function at Redis. You would love this job if you are passionate about building elegant processes and fostering effective cross-functional partnerships.

What You’ll Do

• Banking operations: Develop strategy, manage banking relationships and streamline banking and cash management operations
• Free cash flow modeling: Lead the development and preparation of free cash flow forecasts and actuals, in collaboration with FP&A.
• Cash management: Collaborate with operational stakeholders on working capital optimization
• Policy: Create and implement global treasury policies ,processes and controls
• Reporting and analysis: prepare analysis and communicate key findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders
• Foreign currency management: Build and oversee a foreign currency management program
• Strategic initiatives: Support strategic initiatives such as international expansion, M&A and others
• Treasury Management System (TMS): Own the Company’s existing TMS, identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders in developing future TMS roadmap to support the Company’s growth and international expansion
  
  

What will you need to have?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of relevant work experience, strong understanding of treasury function
• Working knowledge of GAAP accounting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and make data-driven decisions
• A mix of private and public company, including SOX, experience required
• Meticulous attention to detail
