SPARK stands for Sales Preparedness and Real-world Knowhow – a hands-on initiative that gives participants a head start in the competitive world of B2B sales. This isn’t just another internship – it’s a power-packed journey that combines immersive sales experience with skill-based training.
Participants begin their SPARK journey with a focused onboarding designed to build strong foundations in payments knowledge, consultative selling, objection handling, and stakeholder engagement strategies. Once equipped with the essentials, interns are placed in live sales environments, working on high-impact outreach, pitching, and lead qualification.
We are seeking highly motivated and analytical individuals to join our APAC Sales team asinterns. This role is ideal for students interested in gaining exposure and contributing to high impact sales, GTM strategies, and fintech ecosystems in emerging markets. SPARK is tailored for students who want to go beyond classrooms and build real-world credibility. Roles and Responsibilities
● Support market entry activities like Lead Gen, Qualification & deal closures.
● Help generate pipeline and find new prospects through outbound connects.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing & Engg.
● Identify & develop partnership opportunities jointly with Partnership Manager.
● Conduct structured market research on payment platforms, SaaS and marketplaces.
● Analyze competitive landscapes, customer segments & product differentiators.
Requirements
We are looking for individuals who demonstrate:
● Strong will to do outbound activity and research.
● Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
● Interest in fintech, payment processing and international business.
● Self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail.
● Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
