About the Role

We are seeking a Manager / Sr. Manager - Enterprise Sales to drive direct advertiser revenue across Razorpay's Audience Intelligence and Transaction Ads products. This role will focus on acquiring and growing enterprise advertiser relationships across BFSI, D2C, e-commerce, and other high-value verticals. You'll be a consultative seller who understands both the power of transaction data and the advertiser's business objectives, crafting customized solutions that deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Advertiser Acquisition

  • Identify, prospect, and close enterprise advertisers across BFSI (banks, credit cards, insurance, fintech), D2C brands, e-commerce, travel, and other key verticals
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with consistent progress toward quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments to understand advertiser objectives and pain points

Solution Selling

  • Position Audience Intelligence solutions (data enrichment for risk/personalization + transaction graph advertising on Meta/Google) to enterprise clients
  • Sell Transaction Ads inventory across commerce platforms and UPI TPAPs, emphasizing high-intent audience targeting
  • Create customized pitch decks and campaign proposals that demonstrate clear value propositions and expected outcomes
  • Articulate the unique advantages of Razorpay's transaction data and 250M+ user base

Revenue Growth & Account Management

  • Own and exceed revenue targets through new business acquisition and existing account expansion
  • Develop account strategies for key enterprise clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across both product lines
  • Manage contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial terms to close deals efficiently

Campaign Collaboration

  • Partner with campaign management and product teams to ensure successful campaign launches and ongoing optimization
  • Translate client KPIs into actionable campaign strategies and success metrics
  • Present campaign performance reports and insights to clients, demonstrating ROI and recommending optimizations

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Develop deep expertise in advertiser verticals (BFSI, D2C, e-commerce) to speak credibly about industry challenges and opportunities
  • Stay informed about competitive advertising solutions and positioning to effectively differentiate Razorpay Ads
  • Provide market feedback to product and partnerships teams to inform roadmap and positioning

Sales Operations

  • Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM hygiene
  • Track sales metrics including win rates, deal velocity, and average deal size
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns and sales enablement materials

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4-7 years of experience in enterprise ad sales, digital advertising, or SaaS sales with a focus on marketing/advertising technology
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue quotas (₹2+ crore annual targets)
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising channels (Meta, Google, programmatic) and advertiser objectives
  • Experience selling to CMOs, Marketing Directors, and Performance Marketing teams in enterprise organizations
  • BFSI vertical sales experience is a strong plus
  • Consultative selling approach with ability to position complex, data-driven solutions
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills; comfortable presenting to C-level executives
  • Data-driven with ability to analyze campaign metrics and translate them into client insights
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales forecasting methodologies
