In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital).

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our dynamic loyalty program. This role requires strong interdepartmental coordination, operational insight, and a technical understanding of processes to ensure smooth program execution and client servicing in a fast-paced environment.

This role is critical for ensuring the operational excellence and client satisfaction of our loyalty program. Candidates should be adaptable, collaborative, and committed to driving cross-functional success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between multiple internal departments including the business leadership team, solutions team, consultants, and client stakeholders.
  • Capture, document, and validate client requirements clearly, focusing on opportunity identification and enhancement feasibility.
  • Coordinate and follow up regularly with 5-6 internal verticals to drive program management and delivery milestones.
  • Manage communication channels effectively (e.g., email, WhatsApp groups, calls) to maintain seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Provide operational support for service delivery points (e.g., lounges) and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions as needed to align teams with current processes and updates.
  • Adapt to evolving priorities with flexibility and a solutions-oriented approach in a high-pressure work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Background in operations, reporting with technical exposure preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage coordination in a multi-vertical setup.
  • Comfortable using digital communication tools and managing group interactions.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
