The Role :
The Associate Manager (AM) - Partnership Operations role is a key position focused on analytical and operational excellence to drive business outcomes. The role requires a candidate with strong analytical and sales operations skills.
Roles and Responsibilities :

Process Optimization and Strategic Leadership:

Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement and design streamlined workflows.

Implement automation and technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

The role involves managing partnership operations, with a focus on customer acquisition, revenue, and metric-driven analysis.

Performance Measurement and Project Management:

Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze sales performance data and provide insights to partner contracts, billing and commission management and new initiatives in partnership along with process improvements.

The AM will be responsible for analytics, sales operations, and generating MIS reports and metrics analysis.

Oversee the planning and execution of critical, cross-functional projects.

Implement mechanisms to streamline workflows and enhance team collaboration.

Collaboration and Communication:

Foster effective collaboration between sales and other departments like marketing, product, and engineering.

Serve as a liaison between teams to address cross-functional challenges and ensure alignment across various functions.

Draft and present high-level reports and actionable insights tailored to business needs.

Manage executive meetings to ensure focused decision-making and accountability.
Mandatory Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience into any operational role.

Skills: The role requires strong organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency with data-driven analysis tools like Tableau, Jira, or OKR platforms is a plus.

Industry: Experience in the B2B sector is the primary target. Fintech or SaaS exposure is a good-to-have skill.
