As a Strategic Project Manager (Strategic Planning & Insights) at Qonto, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company strategy and priorities - defining key directions across product, customer segments, and geographies. You will also ensure seamless execution of the strategy, working cross-functionally to drive alignment and results.
Leveraging market insights, customer needs, and competitive positioning, you will help identify new opportunities, influence strategic decision-making, and support critical business initiatives. This role offers high exposure to senior management and close collaboration with teams across Qonto—including Growth, Product, Tech, Ops, Finance, Compliance, and People.
👩💻🧑💻 👩💻🧑💻 As a Strategic Project Manager (Strategic Planning & Insights) at Qonto, you will:
• Strategic Planning & Prioritization: Play a key role in shaping Qonto’s strategic planning process, defining company-wide priorities, evaluating adjustments, and developing Qonto’s Equity Story to articulate our vision internally and externally.
• Market & Strategic Insights: Provide strategic recommendations to key teams—especially Product, Growth, and Corporate Development - by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and Qonto’s competitive position. Foster discussions and generate ideas to identify new opportunities and guide prioritization.
• Execution & Performance Tracking: Ensure the successful execution of Qonto’s strategy by contributing to the OKR framework, tracking key performance metrics, and identifying risks or challenges that require course correction.

🤝 About your future manager: Fanny, Strategy Director
• Before joining Qonto, Fanny held strategic roles in strategy, marketing, venture, and e-business at major financial institutions such as AXA and BNP Paribas, working closely with fintechs and startups. She has a strong track record of launching and scaling teams and initiatives, driven by her passion for fintech innovation and solving complex problems.
• Fanny has been with Qonto for 2.5 years, leading and growing the Strategic Planning and Projects team. As the head of a 13-person Strategy team, she brings deep expertise in strategic planning, new offer launches, and key strategic initiatives. Known for her analytical mindset and dynamic approach, she excels at tackling complex challenges in the fintech space.

• Experience: 4+ years in a top-tier consulting firm or as a strategic project manager in a startup or company.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in banking or financial services is a strong plus.
• Curious & Insight-Driven: You’re eager to learn, explore new opportunities, and push the boundaries of what’s possible.
• Analytical Thinker: You thrive on solving complex problems and working on quantitative & financial projects.
• Strong Communicator: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to structure, synthesize, and present insights clearly.
• Project & Stakeholder Management: You’re highly organized, able to break silos, lead cross-team initiatives, and drive execution.
• Detail-Oriented: You take pride in flawless execution and follow-through.
• Languages: Fluent English is required; French, Italian, German, or Spanish is a big plus.
