Join us as a Lead Partnerships Business Development to spearhead our collaboration initiatives with major companies in the tech industry. In this pivotal role, you will forge pathways that enhance Qonto's market presence and client engagement in the French market. You will work closely with senior leadership, ensuring that each partnership aligns perfectly with our strategic goals and contributes significantly to our growth (driving both customer acquisition with channel partnerships and revenues with revenue-led partnerships).
As a Lead Partnership Business Development at Qonto, you will manage a team of 2 talents (2 Business Developers) and report directly to Romain, our Lead Partnerships France.
👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Lead Partnerships Business Developer at Qonto, you will
Develop Strategic Partnerships: Identify and prioritize partnerships that expand our product offerings and drive client acquisition (including channel partnerships, and revenue-led partnerships)
Build Strong Relationships: Maintain long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders to ensure successful collaboration.
Negotiate and Launch Partnerships: Lead negotiations and manage the launch of new partnerships.
Scope and Execute Go-To-Market Plans: Oversee go-to-market strategies, focusing on customer experience, business models, and marketing.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with product, marketing, and acquisition teams to achieve partnership goals.
Lead and Manage Your Team: Mentor and guide your team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Embody Qonto’s Values: Promote and uphold Qonto’s culture and values in all interactions.

🤝About your future manager
His background? Romain was one of the first employees at Lydia. For 7 years, he has worked as a Sales and Partnership team Manager on student acquisition. In 2021, he joined the Partnerships team at Qonto to work on different topics such as Accountant partnerships, Regional Strategy, Customer Acquisition, and API Distribution and became Lead Partnerships.
What can he bring to you? He will grow your problem-solving mindset and build a data-driven strategy. He will grant you autonomy and ownership while helping you reach your team goals.

Experience: You have at least 7 years of experience and a proven track record of developing successful strategic partnerships in the tech industry.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams across business functions.
Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate and negotiate complex partnership agreements.
Analytical Skills: Strong capability in using data to drive decisions and improve partnership outcomes.
Customer obsessed: You prioritize customer needs & experience in every business goal.
Curious: You are willing to go deep to learn about the nuances of our ecosystem and product.
Languages: You speak both French and English fluently.
