Join us as a Banking Operations Officer at our Paris Office to streamline and enhance our SEPA and SWIFT processes. This role is crucial as we launched two significant banking features at Qonto that will contribute to strengthening our clients’ experience. You will need to be fluent both in English and French.
👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Banking Operations Officer at Qonto, you will:
- Manage customer tickets and technical issues to maintain a high CSAT score
- Oversee and refine operational procedures to ensure the first reply time remains low
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new banking features seamlessly
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to better processes in the team and ensure compliance

🏅 About You:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in banking operations, ideally with SEPA and SWIFT
- A structured thinker with a keen eye for process improvement
- Proven track record in managing high-volume operational tasks in a collaborative setting
- Strong communicator and feedback-oriented, fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and making day-to-day banking easier!
