Define and lead Qonto’s end-to-end CRM strategy dedicated to Accountant Partners. You will build the lifecycle framework, and orchestrate omnichannel communications to drive engagement across our 8 markets.
👩💻🧑💻 As a CRM Accountant at Qonto, you will:
• Contribute to defining and evolving the Accountants lifecycle framework: In close collaboration with key stakeholders, you will help map and optimize the entire journey (from prospect collection and nurturing to the reactivation of dormant partners) ensuring the right touchpoints at the right time.
• Build and execute the CRM action plan: You will drive the end-to-end delivery of one-shot and automated campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, In-app) across 8 markets, with a strong focus on testing, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
• Structure the Database & Reporting: In collaboration with Marketing, Growth Ops and Product, you will clean, enrich, and segment the accountant database (defining personas and firm typologies), and set up robust performance reporting across all digital channels.
• Build the CRM & Marketing Automation stack to scale efficiently: You will identify, implement and optimize the right marketing automation tooling (including potential migrations), ensuring a scalable and future-proof setup across markets.

• Methodologies: Work in a B2B SaaS scale-up environment where we value "The Qonto Way"—focusing on data-driven decisions, continuous learning, and structured execution.
• Tools: You will work with a modern CRM stack (Salesforce, potentially Braze/Segment) and lead a critical migration project.

🏅 About You:
• Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing, with a proven track record in B2B SaaS scale-ups or the Fintech industry.
• Partnership Expertise: Experience with Accountant audiences and/or Partner ecosystems is a strong plus.
• Tech Stack: You have hands-on experience with PRM tools (Partnerstack, Salesforce Community) and Marketing Automation platforms.
• Analytical Mindset: You possess strong analytical skills, comfortable setting up reporting and interpreting performance to drive concrete improvements.
• Collaborative Spirit: You have the ability to work effectively across teams (Sales, Ops, Product) to align on tiering and segmentation strategies.
• Languages: You are fluent in English and capable of working in an international environment.
