Our values:
Customer focus | Prioritize customers in everything you do
Ownership | Own your part, get things done
Teamwork | Make (team)work easy
Mastery | Continuously raise the bar
Integrity | Always do what’s right, and respect people
Our beliefs: At Qonto, we're committed to fostering a welcoming environment where everyone can thrive. We prioritize evaluating applicants based solely on skills and potential, ensuring diversity with 55% international team members, 44% women, and 20% parents. Join us in building a workplace that celebrates diversity and individuality.
Join us as a Data Analyst and help Qonto's teams make data-informed decisions as we scale to serve one million SMEs by 2025. Depending on your profile and preferences, you will join either our Business Analytics team (supporting Finance, Strategy, Customer Care, and Operations) or our Product Analytics team (supporting Product Managers and Product teams across our product portfolio).
You will work closely with experienced managers—Alma, Senior Manager Business Analytics, and Ida, Senior Manager Product Analytics—both reporting to Daniele, Head of Data. They will support you in delivering impactful analytics work and growing your career within a large, structured team.
👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Data Analyst at Qonto, you will
Deliver end-to-end analytics projects: scope requests with stakeholders (Product, Finance, Operations, Strategy), build dashboards, run analyses and experiments, and conduct discovery work to inform business decisions.
Own the data needs for one or more business areas or product domains, becoming a trusted data partner for your stakeholders
Build and maintain dashboards following best-in-class practices, including contributing to our ongoing BI consolidation effort to reduce dashboard sprawl and improve data discoverability
Ensure adoption of your work: make sure your analyses and dashboards are understood, used, and lead to concrete actions by your stakeholders
Contribute to enabling self-service analytics by creating clear data models and documentation that help stakeholders answer their own questions
🤔 What you can expect
Two possible paths:
Business Analytics: You will support Corporate and Operations teams (Finance, Strategy, Customer Care, Operations). The work is currently 70% BI (building and maintaining dashboards) and 30% ad-hoc analysis. You will help business leaders understand performance, identify opportunities, and make strategic decisions.
Product Analytics: You will support Product stakeholders (Product Managers, Designers, Heads of Product). The team is in a consolidation phase, spending 50-60% of time on BI work and moving toward more strategic analysis work (A/B testing, discovery, impact measurement). You will help product teams understand user behavior and validate product decisions.
How we work: We follow the Qonto Way methodology, which emphasizes one-piece flow, value analysis, and value engineering. You will work in close partnership with your stakeholders, attending team meetings and building trusted relationships. We value ownership: success means not just publishing a dashboard, but ensuring it drives business value.
Current focus: Both teams are working on improving data discoverability and self-service capabilities, consolidating dashboards to reduce sprawl, and building scalable analytics solutions that drive measurable business impact.
🤝 About your future manager
Alma manages the Corporate & Ops Business Analytics team and brings strong expertise in supporting corporate functions with data. She values pragmatic problem-solving, clear communication, and helping her team members develop both technical and stakeholder management skills.
Ida manages the Product Analytics team and brings deep expertise in building analytics capabilities in fast-growing tech companies. She is passionate about enabling product teams through data and focuses on helping her team members grow their impact and autonomy.
Both managers report to Daniele, Head of Data, who oversees the entire Analytics function and ensures alignment across teams. During the interview process, we will discuss which team is the best fit based on your interests and experience.
🏅 About You
SQL proficiency: You are comfortable writing complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data. You have worked with large datasets and can navigate modern data warehouses.
BI experience: You have built dashboards in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. You understand data visualization best practices and can turn data into clear, actionable insights for business users.
Stakeholder management: You have worked with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, managed competing priorities, and delivered work on time. You communicate proactively and know how to build trust through consistent delivery.
Ownership mindset: You don't settle for "dashboard published" or "analysis delivered". You follow up with stakeholders to ensure your work is adopted and drives decisions, and you iterate based on their feedback.
Project delivery and communication: You can break down projects into clear steps, manage your timelines, and communicate progress regularly. When you face blockers, you flag them early and propose solutions.
At Qonto we understand that true diversity isn't just about ticking boxes on a hiring checklist. Apply regardless of the boxes you tick! Who knows? You may have the missing piece of the puzzle we've been searching for all along.
