Join us as an Inbound Sales Manager (NL), based in Barcelona, to drive revenue growth and establish Qonto's presence in the Dutch market, one of our key expansion priorities. You'll be instrumental in opening and scaling this strategic market through consultative selling and relationship building with Dutch SMEs.
As part of our Dutch team, you'll work closely with Mattia, our Inbound Sales Lead (Central Europe), and Georg, our Managing Director (NL), to build trust with new prospects while embracing continuous improvement and innovative approaches to market entry.
👩💻🧑💻 As an Inbound Sales Manager (NL) at Qonto, you will:
• Qualify and convert inbound leads from Dutch prospects using consultative selling techniques (SPIN/BANT methodology) to drive revenue growth
• Establish trust and credibility with Dutch SMEs who may be unfamiliar with Qonto, positioning us as their go-to banking solution
• Manage the full inbound sales cycle from initial contact through to opportunity conversion, maintaining high-quality prospect engagement
• Collaborate closely with the Dutch team (marketing, onboarding, customer success) to ensure seamless lead handoffs and customer experience
• Continuously challenge and improve sales processes to optimize conversion rates and market penetration in this fast-evolving environment

• Methodologies: We value consultative selling and structured lead qualification. You'll use proven methodologies like SPIN and BANT while having the freedom to suggest improvements and adapt approaches for the Dutch market.
Tools: You'll work with our established sales tech stack and CRM systems, plus have access to in-house enablement resources to support your success.

🤝 About your future manager
Your manager will be Mattia Ferrario, our Inbound Sales Lead - Central Europe.
• His path: With 10+ years in Tech/SaaS, Mattia has grown from an IC in CS and Sales to leadership roles. Fluent in six languages, he thrives in international and cross-cultural environments.
• What he brings: Mattia empowers sales teams to exceed targets through hands-on leadership and strategic guidance. His experience across the full sales cycle helps him scale Central European sales operations while fostering both team growth and business results.
You will also work closely with Georg Nuechtern, our Managing Director - Netherlands and be part of our cross-functional Netherlands team
• His path: With 15+ years experience in strategic, commercial and operational roles across consumer goods, consumer tech and fintech, Georg has previously set up and run business across Europe, leading teams 20+ in both global and local market settings.
• What he brings: Georg provides strategic direction and supports his teams to build plans and deliver them successfully, using his broad perspective and experience to coach his team in breaking down problems and coming up with pragmatic solutions.
🏅 About You
• Sales Experience: You have at least 2 years of solid sales experience, ideally in SaaS or banking/finance, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Market Opening Skills: You have experience opening new markets or territories and are comfortable selling products that prospects may not be familiar with yet
• Startup Adaptability: You thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and can self-organize, take initiative, and proactively improve processes while working autonomously
• Collaborative Mindset: You excel at working with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer success, onboarding) and can effectively contribute to shared objectives in a matrix team structure
• Languages: You speak native-level Dutch and English fluently, enabling you to connect authentically with Dutch and international business owners to understand their specific needs.
