⭐ As a Sales Enablement Specialist in our Qonto office in Barcelona, you will drive continuous improvement in sales performance by analyzing call insights, providing targeted coaching, and supporting sales leadership in closing performance gaps across multiple markets.
👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Sales Enablement Specialist at Qonto, you will:
- Implement daily training and coaching activities, supporting general and sales management in performance steering and helping sales representatives close performance gaps
- Listen to and analyze sales call modules, identifying trends and insights using labeling tools and tracking performance metrics
- Conduct coaching sessions with sales teams and individual representatives to reinforce sales methodologies, including script development, objection handling, and professional posture.
- Continuously update and refine the sales playbook with latest insights, strategies, and methodologies derived from training, feedback, and sales experiences
🤔 What you can expect:
- Team Context: You'll join a lean sales enablement team reporting directly to Giacomo Ruggiero, with Lorenzo Brambilla Bas serving as the functional point of reference for sales enablement strategy. You'll work closely with sales managers to support the central sales team across multiple markets.
- Strategic Impact: You'll be working on building and refining the sales academy, contributing to structured training and methodology improvements that directly impact Qonto's sales performance.
- Collaborative Environment: You'll collaborate across departments, including Sales Operations, Product Marketing Managers (PMM), and marketing teams to support sales performance, training, and strategic objectives.

Your manager will be Giacomo Ruggiero, our Global Sales Director at Qonto.

Giacomo has advanced in sales leadership, focusing on sales enablement and team development. Based in Barcelona, he leads Qonto's sales teams across various markets.

🏅 About You:
- Sales Experience: You have 3-5 years of sales experience, including involvement in sales cycles, pipeline management, and sales methodology training to effectively analyze and improve sales processes.
- Language Skills: You are fluent in English (mandatory), French or Spanish is a plus.
- Coaching Abilities: You excel in soft skills, people development, and team empowerment, with a focus on understanding sales training and coaching methodologies.
- Analytical Mindset: You have the ability to analyze sales call insights, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable training materials and performance improvement strategies.
- Project Management: You can effectively manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, collaborating with stakeholders across different departments to drive sales enablement programs.
