Join us as an HRIS Manager to drive the evolution and optimization of Workday at Qonto, shaping the future of our HR systems across Europe. You will be instrumental in maximizing the potential of our recently launched Workday platform, working alongside Baptiste, our current HRIS Manager and your future manager, Natalia our Head of People Operations to support our growing team of 1,600+ Qontoers.
👩💻🧑💻 As an HRIS Manager (Workday) at Qonto, you will:
• Lead the implementation and configuration of new Workday modules, particularly focusing on HCM, Absences & Time off, Expenses, Talent & Compensation
• Create and execute a clear roadmap for Workday development, ensuring timely delivery of features and improvements
• Partner with various teams (People Ops, People Business Partners, IT) to optimize Workday processes and create efficient workflows
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards in collaboration with our Data team, ensuring data quality and accessibility
• Drive knowledge sharing by providing training and support to stakeholders across the organization

• Tools we use: Workday (core platform), DocuSign (future integration), and various data visualization tools

You will report to Natalia, our Head of People Operations. Working with Natalia means joining a leader who values autonomy while providing the support needed to succeed. You'll be part of a collaborative environment where your expertise in HRIS will help shape the future of our people operations systems.
🏅 About You
• HRIS Expertise: You have significant experience with Workday implementation and configuration, with a track record of successful module deployments
• Project Management: You excel at creating and executing clear project roadmaps, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of HRIS systems, data management, and integration capabilities
• Problem-Solving: You have a proven ability to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions
• Communication: You can effectively train and support users while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels
