⭐ Mission:
Join Qonto as an Event Manager B2B France and lead the charge in crafting high-impact events that drive our strategic marketing vision for 2025. Working across two key market segments - Certified Accountants and SMEs - you'll play a pivotal role in establishing Qonto's presence through a mix of proprietary and institutional events, managing an annual portfolio of events with over 15,000 total attendees.
👩💻🧑💻 As an Event Manager B2B France at Qonto, you will:
• Lead the events strategy on the B2B segment (Certified Accountants and SMEs) for the French market, identifying relevant third-party events and organizing Qonto's proprietary events (User Clubs, VIP breakfasts or cocktails).
• Organize and manage 3 major annual events in France, including the Horizon Comptable (in-house Qonto event on Accountants market), the National Congress of Certified Accountants (7,500+ attendees, 100m² booth) and the CROEC Summer University (6,000+ participants, 40m² booth).
• Coordinate with internal teams, event partners, and certified accountant institutions to deliver impactful experiences for our professional and premium audience.
• Design and implement comprehensive 360° communication plans for each major event to maximize impact and attendance.
• Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies, from stand design to promotional activities, ensuring seamless execution and memorable experience.
• Travel occasionally within France (Nantes, Lyon, Marseille) to oversee events and represent Qonto on-site.

• A dynamic 8-person Growth & Marketing team with diverse expertise in Growth, Product Marketing, Project Management, Content, and Website, focused on the highly-innovative B2B Finance & Accounting market.
• The opportunity to shape Qonto's event strategy as a significant part of our yearly budget and key for our Business strategy, in the Certified Accountant and SMEs segments.
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders mainly Comms, Business and Product.
• The chance to work on high-stakes events like the National Congress of Certified Accountants, which are critical for brand positioning and lead generation, from creative stand experience design to on-site execution.
🤝 About your future manager
• Her path? Madeleine Corbetta is the Head of Marketing B2B France at Qonto, specializing in SaaS B2B Marketing and Entrepreneurship. With a Master in Management from ESCP Europe, she has extensive experience in New York, Berlin, and Hong Kong and has excelled in Business development and Marketing roles across sectors like Healthcare, Telecom, AI, and Fintech. Initially at VINCI Group, she launched an AI startup, Cyclope.ai, and later spearheaded the marketing strategy at Regate.io from its inception until its takeover by Qonto 3 years later . She now leads a team of 8 marketers, overseeing Growth, Content, Branding & Comms, and Product Marketing in France.
• What can she bring to the team? Madeleine is a strategic, collaborative leader known for her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for innovation. Fluent in English, Italian, and French, she is now leading the Qonto Marketing strategy on the French market on B2B segments, integrating robust marketing strategies for superior market positioning and seamless acquisition processes to bring Qonto to the next level on those audiences. A proactive "Doer," her approach balances continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making with creativity and out-of-the-box thinking, essential in the competitive finance automation software market.
🏅About You
• Proven track record in managing large-scale B2B events (500+ attendees), particularly in the professional services or Fintech sector
• Experience in managing substantial event budgets and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent events (minimum 3 major events + initiatives for SMEs and Certified Accountants)
• Excellent communication skills in French and English, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level professionals
• Creative mindset with experience in developing innovative event concepts and engagement strategies
• Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions on-site.
