⭐ Mission:
Join Qonto as an ESG intern to help driving our Impact strategy and strengthen our environmental, social and governance commitments. Working closely with the ESG team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Qonto's future, handling high-impact projects !
👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As an ESG intern at Qonto, you will:
- Support ongoing ESG projects: Help drive projects and consolidate / analyse data for several key projects (CSRD reporting, supplier engagement, carbon footprint assessment, employees awareness raising…).
- Assist the team in the launch of new ESG projects for 2025
- Conduct an ESG watch : Collect and analyse data on sustainable practices from peers and regulations and communicate it internally
- Perform benchmarks on emerging ESG trends and technologies and propose innovative ideas to feed our roadmap

🤝 About your future manager:
Your manager will be Léa, our Legal Environmental Social & Governance Expert at Qonto. Léa has developed a robust career in ESG, leveraging her expertise to drive sustainable initiatives and compliance within the financial sector. She is passionate about mentorship and is dedicated to fostering a collaborative environment, offering invaluable guidance and support to ensure her team excels in implementing impactful ESG strategies.
🏅 About You:
- You're currently pursuing a Master's degree with a focus on ESG, Sustainability, Impact...
- You have previous experience in ESG, sustainability reporting, carbon assessment or a related field.
- You're a proactive team player with excellent communication skills in both French and English, capable of collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.
- You are analytical, detail-oriented, and a great team player.
