As Ops Tooling Manager, you will support all Operations Teams in their projects and daily work, being a key stakeholder in improving our processes and ultimately our clients.
You will work closely with a very wide range of stakeholders, from Operations Heads to our Workforce Manager, and be integrated into a talented team of 9 people supporting actively Qonto scale, led by Ali El Alaoui, our Head of ops Engineer.
👩‍💻 As an Ops Tooling Manager, you will
• Configure and customize Zendesk and Diabolocom instances to support the organization's customer support and service operations.
• Implement and maintain Zendesk and Diabolocom features including triggers, automations, workflows, and integrations with other systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and implement solutions within Zendesk and Diabolocom.

• Build and gain a global understanding of the customer facing Operations at Qonto.
• Learn from a dynamic team and manager on project management skills, with very regular coaching sessions on both soft skills and hard skills (e.g., provider management, spreadsheet analysis, communication).
• Become an expert on some specific tools that are widely used by start-ups, and feel rewarded by the team for supporting them in removing friction and improving!

His background? After building strong foundations in consulting as well as at Heetch's Operations team, Ali decided to join Qonto to be part of a common adventure and deploy concrete projects. Ali and his team worked on creating and maintaining tools, providing analyses, managing banking providers, and carrying out large-scale technical projects for the Operations.
What can he bring to you? Coaching and tools to improve both your soft and hard skills, as well as a very good understanding of Qonto Operations strategy and its underlying challenges.
