Join our dynamic sales team in Milan as an Account Executive to drive our outbound sales efforts.
The Account Executive is responsible for demos & closing deals from outbound leads and can be involved in chasing interesting prospects. Led by Lorenzo, our Outbound team is still small (9 SDRs and 2 account executives) but growing quickly and we are looking for an adventurer with an entrepreneurial mindset ready to contribute to this growth!
You'll be a key player in helping us achieve our sales targets and shape the future of our sales strategy.
👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As an Account Executive, you will:
Work with the Lead Generation team to identify and research relevant sales targets (verticals, customer segments, etc) in Italy;
Understand prospects’ needs and decision process to provide them with the best-personalized approach and features;
Run personalized demos, negotiate, and close deals;
Gather market feedback and provide inputs to drive continuous improvement in particular about the product features our prospects expect us to develop.

🤝 About your future manager:
Your manager will be Lorenzo (Lead Business Development), in charge of the Sales team in Milan. He excels in managing high-performing sales teams and driving growth through cross-functional collaboration. Open-minded, elastic, structured, and synthetic, Lorenzo is also known for his ambition and resilience, ensuring a dynamic and supportive work environment.
🏅 About You:
• You bring at least 2 years of experience in sales roles such as SDR or BDR within a B2B environment.
• You possess a proven ability to negotiate, persuade, and close deals effectively.
You’re based in Milan, with the possibility to work onsite three times a week.
• You excel at understanding and anticipating client needs, fostering excellent client relationships, and ensuring successful onboarding.
• You demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, resilience, and a strong team spirit. Proficiency in Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is essential, along with fluency in both Italian and English.
