⭐ Your mission
As part of the tech team, you will contribute to Qonto's success by creating the best IT environment and experience for all (1600+) employees.
Reporting to Xavier, our Senior Lead IT you will help Qonto employees work with internal technologies and ensure they have the best experience. You will be trusted with several tasks, like assisting users by solving support requests (authentication, access permissions, internal tools issues, ...), managing the user accounts and their lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, external employees follow-up), diagnosing software and hardware issues on users' devices, while maintaining a high level of security and confidentiality.
👩💻🧑💻 As an IT Support and Inventory Specialist at Qonto, you will
• Manage, monitor: You will manage the asset inventory, stock levels, and orders (devices, equipment, and consumables). You will provide Qontoers with the best work experience by making sure they receive the right assets just in time. You will assist in the forecasting of the quantities needed to establish the purchase orders.
• Coordinate, collaborate: You will collaborate with the onboarding specialists to provide the best onboarding experience to the New Joiners in our countries, by making sure devices are always available for their onboarding. You will participate in various projects, setting up, maintaining, and automating different solutions such as device management (JAMF), inventory software (RefTab), …
• Maintain, handle, negotiate: You will be in charge of the relationship with our hardware and logistics providers, ensuring smooth and timely operations. You will be responsible of handling the device repairs with our service providers. Recycling and repurposing all our assets with our providers will be performed with our environmental impact in mind.
• Support, advise, help: You will assist our users (Password/MFA reset, accounts/access rights, macOS/iOS troubleshooting) and replace users’ laptops (end of life, accidental damages, …) when required.

He started at Qonto in 2022 to build a solid and international IT and support Qonto's teams growth in France, Germany, Spain, Serbia, and Italy. Previously, he had several experiences in project management, customer support and team management in companies such as SFR, eBay and Apple. Before joining Qonto, he built the IT tools and process automation to support My Little Paris rapid growth.
