As a Learning & Development Coordinator Intern, you will join the Talent and Culture team, and more specifically the Learning & Development (L&D) Team that is responsible for building a fast-growing team that supports Qonto's ambition!
You will be pivotal in optimizing our training programs and community engagement initiatives, directly contributing to our overarching goal of empowering every team member's growth.
👩💻👨💻 As a Learning & Development Intern, you will
• Master the Logistics: Ensure the smooth organization of our training sessions (scheduling, room setup, welcoming trainers and participants). You are the oil in the machine that makes sure everything happens on time and in the right place.
• Support the Community: Monitor and increase utilization of the language learning platform Busuu, and serve as the primary point of contact for L&D inquiries (Inbox, Slack), providing prompt, helpful, and solution-oriented support to all Qontoers.
• Assist with Events: Collaborate with the team on internal events, specifically supporting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
• Maintain Processes: Manage training cohorts and handle administrative requests to ensure a seamless flow of training across departments.
🤝 About your future Team
• Your Manager: You will be guided by Olivia, Qonto’s Knowledge and Learning Lead. Olivia joined Qonto in January 2022 after working in HR, L&D, and project management in luxury retail. She brings a wealth of experience, from events to teaching, and will ensure you feel at ease and supported in your role.
• Your Mentors: You will work closely with two key team members who will guide your development:
- Inès who joined Qonto 4.5 years ago in People Operations before moving to L&D. Inès's mission is to equip Qontoers with learning experiences that drive growth. She has mentored several L&D interns with enthusiasm, helping them make the most of their experience.
- Camille, who joined Qonto nearly 4 years ago as a People Project Manager before moving to DEI and now Learning & DEI. Camille's mission ? Design and facilitate learning experiences for Qontoers throughout their journey, ensuring they get the right development opportunities at the right time. She also works on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to help foster a workplace where everyone feels valued and can contribute their best.

• Proactive Problem Solver: When a room is locked or a link doesn't work, you don't panic, you find a solution. You are resourceful and quick on your feet.
• Communication: You have strong interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
• Languages: You are fluent in French and English.
• Experience: You have some hands-on experience in a customer-facing job, volunteering, or a student association where you had to manage people or logistics.
