As part of the tech team, you will contribute to Qonto’s success by creating the best IT environment and experience for all (1600+) employees.
Reporting to Bastien, our Lead IT Operations you will help Qonto employees work with internal technologies and make sure they have the best experience. You will be trusted with several tasks, like assisting users by solving support requests (authentication, access permissions, internal tools issues, …), managing the user accounts and their lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, external employees follow-up), diagnosing software and hardware issues on users’ devices, and maintaining the office videoconferencing systems. You will permanently maintain a high level of security and confidentiality.
You will work closely with the HRBP by doing the new employees onboarding (and offboarding), and all related tasks such as stock management, device ordering/shipping, laptop setup, and internal security policies demonstration.
👩💻🧑💻As an IT Technician at Qonto, you will
• Support and assist: You will be the first contact for IT facilities and will guide team members through training and provide support on the tools and services used by Qonto.
• Onboard and Offboard: You will collaborate with the People and Onboarding teams and continually improve and automate the process to provide the best experience to the end user.
• Maintain and handle: You will keep an inventory of all IT assets of the Berlin office (laptops, phones, accessories, A/V equipment, spare devices, etc.) and manage the IT devices’ lifecycle (order, audit, repair, re-use, and recycle). You will also be responsible for handling the security and conformity of our devices included in our mobile device management server (Jamf).
• Coordinate: You will deploy and maintain the Audio and Video equipment involved in the production of events and the maintenance of the meeting rooms (videoconferencing). You will be in charge of the technical part of the events, in collaboration with the Office and Event teams.
• Administrate: You will assist in managing the IT applications accounts and access rights (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, 1Password, etc…)
• Improve: You will contribute to the advancement and regular monitoring of the team’s projects. Adopt the methods proposed by the company to ensure continuous process improvement and a reduction in incidents.

• Their path:
He started at Qonto in 2022 as a Senior IT Technician in Paris. Previously, he worked for 8 years at Apple on customer support and team supervision. After joining Qonto, he successfully improved IT processes and device management by carefully selecting and managing partners. He was also involved in the hiring and training of the IT Operations specialists that are supporting Qonto's growth internationally.

• Good communicator: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are used to communicating with your stakeholders directly (share good practices, etc.)
• Experience: You have a solid experience in customer support, preferably in the tech industry.
• Curious: You are passionate, interested, and open-minded about IT, with the ability to learn fast and show autonomy when prioritizing your tasks is needed
• Mastery: You know how to find, frame, and form a response to any kind of issue
• Languages: You speak and write English fluently
