As Qonto's VP of Acquisition, you will be responsible for driving Qonto's growth through a thorough orchestration of our media planning and our website as well as Paid, SEO, SEA, and Demand Gen, across our 4 markets: FR, DE, IT & ES.
Leading a team of 50+, you will be in charge of our acquisition strategy, from creating traction through all our digital and offline levers to managing our website conversion rate, with one goal in mind: unleash our ability to maximize our growth potential through performance in our markets and target segments.
👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As the VP of Acquisition at Qonto, you will:
Continue to build the best acquisition machine: drive the overhaul of our acquisition process, to create tailored, impactful acquisition initiatives across our different European markets.
Manage the acquisition budget: allocate our media planning spend in a performance and data-driven mindset to help us achieve our goals.
Drive team performance and innovation: your leadership and operational acumen will drive growth in customer acquisition metrics and overall market penetration. Your ability to foster market opportunities will be key to realizing Qonto's full potential and expanding our market footprint.
Strengthen cross-functional collaboration: work closely with our Country Managing Directors to support them with your teams and expertise in building the most relevant GTM strategy to drive growth, and use your strategic thinking to create a unified approach that drives results across markets.
Drive continuous improvement: stay committed to innovation and strategic market analysis, using data insights and industry trends to keep our acquisition strategies competitive, and ensure Qonto remains a leader in the European fintech sector.

Her background
Marianne Brucy began her career in strategy consulting and has accumulated 20 years of experience across diverse industries, including Luxury, E-commerce, and Fintech. She has progressed from marketing roles to C-level positions in startups and scale-ups, where she has spent over a decade collaborating with founders and CEOs to drive growth and innovation.
What she brings to the team
Marianne is a seasoned growth strategist and business leader known for driving organizational success. She offers extensive expertise in growth and strategy, with a focus on supporting growth initiatives, including Brand, Performance Marketing, and Product Marketing, both in France and across Europe.

Proven experience in developing and executing large-scale acquisition strategies across multiple geographies, with a strong focus on digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and effective leadership.
Deep knowledge of digital acquisition methodologies and media management, online and offline media planning, and a strong expertise in driving conversion rate optimization.
Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of diverse market dynamics to effectively utilize data insights and continually refine acquisition tactics.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to navigate complex, multi-market organizations and effectively align team efforts with broader business objectives.
Strong leadership skills, able to inspire teams, foster an innovative working environment and deliver significant business results.
Drive to improve operational efficiency and a passion for continuous learning to keep pace with market developments and technological advances.
