Join our Customer Care team of +100 people where you will manage a portfolio of German Qonto business customers. Your primary role is to assist entrepreneurs in seamlessly opening accounts and incorporating their new companies. Your responsibilities will include:
👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Customer Support Officer 🇩🇪 at Qonto, you will
Conducting Know Your Business (KYB) Verification: Collect and meticulously review incorporation documents to ensure the legitimacy of the business. This involves validating the company's registration details, ownership structure, and operational information.
Performing Know Your Customer (KYC) Checks: Obtain and verify identification documents, such as passports, from legal representatives and Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs).
Streamlining the onboarding experience: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the account opening experience, making it as smooth and efficient as possible for new clients.
Guiding clients through the onboarding process: Provide clear and supportive guidance to clients throughout the account opening and company incorporation process.

Experience: You have experience in customer support.
Customer-centric: You show empathy and you are able to adapt your speech according to your customers' needs.

Communication skills: You have excellent oral and written skills.
Mastery: You excel in using SaaS tools (Intercom, Zendesk, Jira).
Languages: You are bilingual in German, and have a good level of English.
