At Qonto, Data Analytics is essential and central to our business. You will join a team of talented data analysts, that provides key insights used to make strategic decisions across the company.
The BI Team is organized into five teams working in distinct areas, that regularly work together on cross-functional topics.
As a Data Analyst, you will apply your analytical skills and passion for data to propel our product development and accelerate the growth of the business.
👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Data Analyst at Qonto, you will :
- Develop data analytics solutions by creating sources of truth, designing the best metrics for our key business drivers, and building and promoting self-service tools and dashboards that empower your stakeholders.
- Solve problems pragmatically focusing on delivering value, identifying improvements, and creating scalable & reliable solutions.
- Perform strategic and ad-hoc analysis in support of key stakeholders across the business.
- Partner with key stakeholders to identify analytical opportunities and instill a data-informed mindset across the business
- Depending on your level of seniority, you will share knowledge and mentor less experienced Analysts to enable them to add more value sooner and become thought partners to other members of the team.
- Advocate for the team’s work to meet internal standards for code style, quality, maintainability, and best practices.
🚧 Example of your future projects
- The Product Manager of Cards wants to understand the success of this new “top-up” feature that the team recently delivered. You lead a cross-team effort to set up the success metric of this feature and measure its impact.
- We have recently released a new pricing strategy. The Strategy team wants you to assess what default billing option (annual or monthly) would generate more revenue and increase engagement.
- The onboarding team wants to understand this drop in activation they have observed for the last three weeks. They need your help: how to distinguish the signal from the noise? Because fluctuations always occur…
- You have identified an improvement to our dashboard delivery process, you take the lead in improving this process and ensuring everyone in the team is aligned.
- You create a Python library to automate the analysis of experiments, later you train the team on its usage and limitations.
🤔 What you can expect
- Work in a fast-paced multicultural environment with a focus on shipping quality, fast:
Yes, we go fast, but we have a strong focus on quality: you work on one project at a time with a problem-solving mindset.
- Have ownership: you are autonomously in charge of your project passing through all stages: understanding business needs, data modeling, and visualizing data.
- Knowledge sharing: across the whole tech team (internal & external talk, weekly meetings, tech monthly) and the community (articles and meet-ups).
- A modern data stack: We mainly use Snowflake as a warehouse, Airflow and DBT as ELT, and Tableau/Metabase as our data visualization tools.
