About Perceptyx
At Perceptyx, we’re on a mission to help organizations turn employee insights into measurable impact. Our AI-enabled employee experience platform leverages the science of listening, behavioral nudges, and predictive analytics to help clients elevate engagement, retention, and performance. We’re a team of innovators fueled by purpose, collaboration, and excellence — and we’re looking for someone who wants to play at the highest level.
The role
This is net new enterprise sales in HR tech, and it’s a seat held by one of our top performers. You’ll own the full cycle, from building your own pipeline to signing deals with organizations of 5,000 to 60,000 employees. Plenty of those buyers don’t know our name yet. You’ll be the one who changes that.
What you’ll own
  • Net new pipeline. Prospect and open doors across manufacturing, retail, finance and insurance, healthcare, and beyond.
  • The full sales cycle. Run discovery through close on deals averaging around $190K, with cycles that typically take 9 to 12 months.
  • Selling as a team. Run each deal and bring in solutions consultants, consulting partners, and other teammates at the right moments.
  • Executive relationships. Earn trust with HR and business leaders who need a clear business case, not a product tour.
  • Account strategy. Build account plans that turn first conversations into signed revenue.
  • Value selling. Connect Perceptyx to what’s happening in your buyer’s business and in the EX market.
  • Contracts and forecasting. Negotiate agreements that set customers up to succeed, and keep a forecast the team can plan around.
What you bring
  • Around 10 years of B2B sales experience, with a record of hitting or beating quota quarter over quarter.
  • At least two years of documented success selling in the employee experience or HR tech space.
  • Experience closing complex enterprise deals with many stakeholders and long sales cycles.
  • You build your own pipeline and don’t wait for it to show up.
  • You can open doors without a household name behind you. If you’ve sold for a big logo, you know this is a different grind, and you want it.
  • You negotiate deals that work for both sides, then close them.
How we work
This team sells together. We share what works, get in the weeds on each other’s deals, and hash out disagreements openly. Lone wolves won’t love it here. Expect to be on site with customers once or twice a quarter, plus one or two conferences a year.
Apply anyway
We’ve set big goals, and we need different perspectives to hit them. If you match most of this but not all of it, apply. You might be exactly who we’re looking for.
Our Interview Process & AI Transparency
At Perceptyx, we value your time and want our interviewers to be fully engaged in the conversation.
  • Note-Taking: We use Metaview.ai to record and summarize our interviews. This allows our hiring team to focus on you rather than typing notes, ensuring a fairer and more accurate evaluation of your experience.
  • AI Disclosure: While we use AI to assist in summarizing interview data, all final hiring decisions are made by Perceptyx employees. We do not use automated tools as the sole basis for selecting or rejecting candidates.
  • Your Choice (Opt-Out): Participation in recorded interviews is voluntary. If you prefer not to have your interview recorded via Metaview, please notify your recruiter prior to the start of the session. Opting out will not negatively impact your candidacy.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range:
  • US: $150,000 base salary plus a $150,000 bonus, for $300,000 USD on target earnings (OTE) per year.
  • Note: Final compensation is determined by factors including experience, geography, and skills.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance; [401k] matching; generous PTO and paid holidays; parental leave; and professional development budget.
Equal Opportunity & Accommodations
Perceptyx is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We welcome all qualified applicants regardless of background and are committed to an inclusive, accessible hiring process. If you need any accommodation during recruitment, just let us know. We handle your personal information in line with applicable data protection laws.

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
