About Perceptyx
At Perceptyx, we’re on a mission to help organizations turn employee insights into measurable impact. Our AI-enabled employee experience platform leverages the science of listening, behavioral nudges, and predictive analytics to help clients elevate engagement, retention, and performance. We’re a team of innovators fueled by purpose, collaboration, and excellence — and we’re looking for someone who wants to play at the highest level.
The Role
The Workforce Transformation Consultant is a key customer-facing role responsible for leading end-to-end advisory engagements that help customers translate employee insights into action and impact. Building on advanced analytical and consulting experience, you will own a portfolio of customers, guiding them through the design and full execution of a listening and action strategy tailored to their business objectives.
This role sits directly at the intersection of data analytics, behavioral science, and customer partnership. You will spend approximately 75% of your time working directly on customer projects—designing listening events, constructing survey content, and presenting compelling data stories to senior leaders to drive organizational change. You will also partner closely with Senior and Principal Consultants to deliver support to our most complex global accounts while continuously refining your own advisory mastery.
What You’ll Do
- Customer Consulting & Delivery: Serve as the primary consulting partner for a dedicated portfolio of customers. Lead survey design and item consultation to align decisions with business priorities and benchmark expectations.
- Executive Storytelling: Develop high-impact Executive Presentations (EPs) combining narrative clarity, visual data visualization, and external research. Facilitate alignment sessions and confidently deliver final readouts to C-suite and senior leaders to inspire executive commitment.
- Platform Configuration & QA: Configure listening events directly within the Perceptyx platform, ensuring flawless execution across benchmarks, trend data, and survey logic. Complete reporting site audits and deliver in-platform Executive Results Consultations.
- Strategic Advisory & AI Optimization: Co-create listening and action strategies. Guide clients on the implementation, launch, and sustained utilization of Perceptyx AI Agents (such as designing and tracking the ROI of behavioral nudge programs).
- Impact Analysis & ROI: Perform advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis connecting behavioral changes and listening data back to tangible business metrics, retention rates, and ROI.
- Cross-Functional Growth: Partner with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to proactively identify expansion and cross-sell paths that address customer needs and expand our platform footprints.
- Operational Excellence: Support senior consultants on massive enterprise accounts through in-platform survey setup, reporting site QA, and deliverable management. Streamline internal analytics and storytelling by responsibly leveraging approved generative AI tools.
What You Bring
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in employee experience (EX), organizational development, workforce transformation, or a closely related management consulting role.
- Executive Presence: Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder client relationships and presenting data insights to executive-level audiences.
- Analytical & Platform Depth: Strong analytical skills with an advanced understanding of survey design, item construction, and metrics translation within modern enterprise listening software.
- Project Mastery: Detail-oriented with a history of driving multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously with exceptional accuracy.
- AI & Technical Literacy: Comfortable leveraging software, data models, and generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to scale work efficiency and build customer value.
- Education: Master’s Degree (6-year) preferred; targeted fields include Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or Organizational Behavior.
Our Interview Process & AI Transparency
At Perceptyx, we value your time and want our interviewers to be fully engaged in the conversation.
- Note-Taking: We use Metaview.ai to record and summarize our interviews. This allows our hiring team to focus on you rather than typing notes, ensuring a fairer and more accurate evaluation of your experience.
- AI Disclosure: While we use AI to assist in summarizing interview data, all final hiring decisions are made by Perceptyx employees. We do not use automated tools as the sole basis for selecting or rejecting candidates.
- Your Choice (Opt-Out): Participation in recorded interviews is voluntary. If you prefer not to have your interview recorded via Metaview, please notify your recruiter prior to the start of the session. Opting out will not negatively impact your candidacy.

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it.
