This role will directly impact Peloton's revenue growth and Member acquisition across the Connected Fitness portfolio (hardware products) and subscription services. Partnering closely with the Promotions and Growth Programs managers and experts on a wide variety of teams (Creative, Ecommerce, Member Support, etc.), you will help facilitate the seamless execution of our promotional and growth programs calendar.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">This is a hands-on role for a highly operational and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You'll be responsible for executing day-to-day processes with great attention to detail, maintaining documentation, coordinating cross-functional updates, and ensuring that the go-to-market of new promotions and programs are executed flawlessly. While this is an operations-focused role, a strong background in marketing campaign execution and go-to-market workflows is essential. This includes managing timelines, tracking dependencies, and overseeing work streams</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Help keep the Promotions and Growth Programs calendar meticulously organized. Maintain and update critical promotional documentation, including programs Source of Truth, Run of Show tracking, testing details, and summary documents</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Conduct thorough QA reviews of creative assets to ensure accuracy regarding pricing, legal compliance, and consistent language across channels before launch</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Manage day-to-day backend operational tasks, including submitting and tracking necessary tickets, developing internal support messaging, and routing documentation for approvals</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Be adaptable and ready to respond to changing business needs and priorities. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives and if the location for the job changes.
