Peloton is looking for a Head of Global Creative. This role oversees Peloton’s global creative team and reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. The right candidate will have the ability to partner with senior leaders across the Marketing and cross-functional organizations, like Content and Product, to ensure the brand essence of Peloton comes to life, through every potential consumer touch point. They’ll be responsible for setting a creative vision while motivating and inspiring their team to do best-in-class work across all channels and consumer touchpoints. The right leader is both a strategic, ‘big thinker’ who can set the vision for the team and a strong operator, willing to be in the details of tactics and execution. This person should also have strong business acumen and be able to tie the creative work back to the Marketing and company strategy.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT

  • Own Peloton’s visual identity, tone of voice, and essence to ensure authenticity among our target audiences
  • Lead and direct campaigns and initiatives that span all consumer touchpoints (ATL, paid digital, social, retail, partner activations) with internal creative team and/or external creative partners
  • Oversee output across the full funnel (upper, mid, lower, and engagement) to ensure branding and messaging feel consistent from a consumer perspective
  • Manage the Creative team’s workload and output to ensure time is spent on the most critical projects
  • Have a strategic perspective on global led vs. localized assets for global markets based on business needs and resourcing
  • Experience managing an in-house production team to ensure optimal executional output both on time and on budget
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships within the Marketing team, Content & Product and advocate for the creative vision among these teams
  • Set clear goals and outputs for the Creative team
  • Develop Creative team talent to drive growth and retention

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • Minimum of 15 years of Creative experience (in-house and/or agency)
  • At least 8 years managing a team
  • Experience across global markets
  • Experience managing large-scale Creative projects with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with digital channels including social, interactive design, and performance creative
  • Have strong relationships with Creative agency partners
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence peers and partners at all levels of the company
  • Strong business acumen and results orientation
  • Builder of strong teams and able to nurture and retain talent
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Base Salary Range
$304,000 - $405,000 USD
