Peloton Interactive, Inc. seeks Senior Manager, Data Science in New York, NY:

Job Duties: Own analytics for one to three core work streams, from metrics definition and data instrumentation design to ongoing reporting, investigation, and generative research. Collaborate with Product Managers, User Researchers, Designers, and Engineers to lead experimentation processes: design and measure A/B tests that help us understand the impact of new/alternate versions of features on user behavior. Develop a deep understanding of user personas, fitness routines, and retention drivers for our members. Evaluate engagement trends across markets-compare workout/content engagement and feature usage among members within our growing global community. Become an expert on your work streams: provide insight into behaviors and difficulties of members on their journey from app download through sustained long-term engagement; help guide road map and evaluation of new features to enhance this user journey. Partner with cross-functional Product and Business teams on research & development efforts related to software improvements and new market expansion. Lead and manage a team of 3 Senior Data Scientists/Data Scientists.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Information Management, or a related quantitative discipline, and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.

Special Skill Requirements: (1) SQL; (2) R; (3) Python; (4) Tableau; (5) Looker; (6) Data Visualization; (7) Power BI; (8) Conducting product data analysis; (9) Trend reporting; and (10) MS Excel. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable.

Salary: $213,300.00 - $277,300.00 per annum.
