Peloton’s Global Talent team creates and facilitates global onboarding, learning, and development programs to empower our Team Members to become their best and deliver impressive work. We are looking for a Learning and Development Program Manager with strong skills in program design - curriculum development and project management - to create and drive new company-wide training programs across onboarding, manager and leadership development, core business competencies, and more. This role will help create and embed scalable infrastructure for learning programs across all of these areas

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Develop, enhance and facilitate employee onboarding, leadership development, and core business competencies to drive business outcomes, determined by data driven needs assessment.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, department heads, and company stakeholders across the organization to ensure new hires emerge from Peloton’s onboarding program with an understanding of the scope of Peloton’s business operations and cultures
  • Align leadership development initiatives with organizational goals and anticipate future leadership needs
  • Ensure that all learning programs are appropriately localized, translated (where necessary), and tailored in their implementation to specific global markets
  • Evaluate and measure effectiveness of initiatives through feedback mechanisms and continuous improvement metrics
  • Update, create and manage onboarding slide decks / documents and intranet pages on the Company “Hub” to support onboarding programs and initiatives.
  • Oversee and manage Lessonly (LMS) administrative tasks such as, assigning lessons, creating smart groups, pulling reports, etc.
  • Assist in developing internal, company-wide communications of learning and development initiatives

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in global learning program design, curriculum development and program management for both salaried and hourly populations
  • Strong leadership, influencing, and relationship management skills
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working with a LMS platform and appropriate use of visual and audio content design in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and other software used for developing engaging training experiences
  • Ability to drive speed to execution, thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Robust portfolio of past work
  • Experience working with project management and collaboration software
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Base Salary Range
$122,700$159,400 USD
