Temporary Buyer (Procurement)
Role Summary
As a member of our global procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day procurement activities for our global stakeholders. This is a hands-on operational role with a unique opportunity to support a fast-growing, dynamic organization.

Full-time (Temporary position for 6-8 months)
What You’ll Do
- Manage incoming purchase requests (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) through our P2P system, Zip, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employees, providing guidance, training, and support on our procurement processes and systems.
- Review new vendor requests, facilitate vendor onboarding, and manage relationships with suppliers.
- Collaborate closely with internal partners, including Legal, Finance, and Security, to ensure contracts and purchases meet all company requirements.
- Generate reports, analyze purchasing data to identify trends, and support the ongoing optimization of our procurement operations.
- Handle day-to-day procurement inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and service-oriented manner.
Who You Are
- 1-3 years of experience as a buyer or in a similar procurement role, preferably within a global high-tech company.
- Hands-on experience with P2P systems is required; specific experience with Zip is a significant advantage.
- You are highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- A strong service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High degree of independence and a can-do attitude, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent, high-level English (both written and verbal) is a must.
